Terms of Service

By browsing or buying on this site you agree to these terms. If you are placing orders for a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so on its behalf and that the company is bound by these terms too.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to buy from us. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order and for payment.

We sell and deliver within India only, and these terms are written on that basis.

• Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate contact and delivery details — we rely on them to deliver and to reach you about an order.
• Business and enterprise accounts may invite colleagues. The account owner is responsible for what their members do, including orders they place.
• We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or in breach of these terms.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. Retail orders have a minimum value of ₹499.

We may decline or cancel an order — before or after confirmation — if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. Where we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). We do not sell in any other currency.
• Retail prices shown include GST unless stated otherwise. Business and enterprise prices are shown before GST, which is added at checkout and itemised on the invoice.
• Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (Razorpay), an authorised payment gateway, which supports cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets. Your card, UPI or netbanking credentials are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout — we do not receive or store them.
• We accept online payment and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is not available on orders above ₹3000.
• Business accounts may be offered credit terms at our discretion. Credit limits and payment terms are set per account and can be changed or withdrawn.
• A tax invoice is issued for every order.

If a price is listed incorrectly we will tell you before dispatch and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

We aim to deliver within 3–7 working days of dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees, and delays outside our control can happen. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Retail orders can be cancelled before dispatch and returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We describe products as accurately as we can, but colours can vary between screens and manufacturers occasionally change packaging or specification without notice. Product images are indicative.

The site, its design, text and logos belong to Rebbenclipp or its licensors, and brand names in the catalogue belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not scrape or bulk-copy the catalogue.
• Do not resell products obtained through a retail account in breach of a manufacturer's terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or business interruption.

Payment is carried between you, your bank and Razorpay, and parts of that journey are outside our control. We are not liable for a failed or delayed payment caused by a bank or card issuer declining it, by a gateway or network outage, or by a connection dropping mid-transaction. Where money has left your account but the order did not complete, the amount is normally returned by your bank within 5–7 working days; tell us and we will trace it with Razorpay on your behalf.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
