Description
DOMS Oil Pastels Plastic Pack (Art No. 7911) contains 25 assorted oil pastel shades in a clear plastic case, together with one scraping tool. Each pastel is 63 mm long with an 8.5 mm diameter. The colours intermix well, go on smoothly and give an even colouring texture. They can be used on several paper types, including textured, sketching and smooth tinted paper. DOMS describes the pastels as toxic free. The pack carries CE marking to EN 71-3 and the BIS IS 9873 Part 1 mark, and it is made in India by DOMS Industries Limited.
